No, Cortina only supplies those products via the Cortina dealer.
You calculate the correct frame size by measuring your inside leg length in centimetres and multiplying it by x 0.67 for urban bikes or by 0.66 for sports bikes. You measure your inside leg length as follows - stand with your feet slightly apart and measure the distance from the ground to your groin. If you would like to be sure that you selected the correct frame size, ask your Cortina dealer for advice. You can also check the frame plate of your current bike, assuming you’re comfortable with its size.
The maximum load for the front carrier is 10 kg and 25 kg for the rear carrier. It is important that you do not exceed this weight to prevent damage to your bike.
I have paint damage to my bike. What can I do about it?
For minor damage you can order a touch-up paint pen that helps to cover up marks. Touch-up paint pens are generally available for models from 2012 onwards. Your bike is slightly older? We will check to see which colour is the closest. Your Cortina dealer can advise you and make sure you order the correct touch-up paint pen.

All our bikes are governed by our Guarantee Conditions. They tell you how long the guarantee is for and which parts are covered by the guarantee. Read your manual to check out the full Guarantee Conditions. You can find the manual here. To find out whether something comes under the guarantee, please ask your Cortina dealer. He or she will be able to advise and explain how to claim under the guarantee.
The best thing is to go back to the Cortina dealer. As a bike specialist they are often able to present a solution immediately. If this is not possible, your dealer will contact Cortina's Service & Guarantee Department. Together we will try to produce a solution.

When it comes to the guarantee, the Cortina dealer makes a first assessment. If there are any questions, the Dealer can contact our Service Department. In the event of doubts or discussions, the Cortina dealer can send the relevant part for assessment to Cortina's Service & Guarantee Department. In the event of guarantee/goodwill the Cortina dealer is paid for the part. If you do not use the Cortina dealer, there will be no reimbursements.
You can contact a Cortina dealer near your new address about the guarantee.
We recommend you take your Cortina bike to a Cortina dealer for a service within three months of your purchase. After your bike has been ridden for a while, it can be adjusted properly.
- Check the tyre pressure regularly. This prevents premature wear of the tyres and improves your riding comfort.
- Keep the chain clean and properly tensioned and lubricate it from time to time. This also prevents premature wear.
- Keep your bike clean and dry when possible and regularly apply a rust-repellent product. A clean, dry and protected bike means you will enjoy your bike for longer!
- We recommend you lubricate all the connecting parts (nuts, bolts, lighting and connections, etc.) with Vaseline in the autumn. All those connections need to be checked regularly to make sure they are properly tightened and fitted.
We have a good example of that; see the link.
If you want to fit or remove a Continental Belt on your Cortina bike, download and follow the instructions in the assembly instructions.
